About Me....

My name is Jo Dandridge and I am a married mother of 2! I have been in the fitness industry for 9 years and I am always looking for new exciting ways of enjoying fitness.

I have always had an interest in dance, studying many genres in my youth including Ballet, Tap, Modern, Latin, Ballroom, Rock and Roll and competing in Freestyle Disco Championship competitions. This passion drew me towards the aerobics studio where I now teach a variety of classes. I am a qualified Aerobics, Step, Body Pump, Body Jam, Body Attack and Vibe Cycle instructor and also a Personal Trainer trained through NASM. I am on the register of Exercise Professionals at Level 3. I regularly attend Fitness conventions to gain fresh ideas and inspiration, and like to keep up to date with all the new ideas in the fitness arena.

I heard about Pole dance classes 5 years ago and decided to attend some, I was immediately hooked!! I loved it so much I purchased my own pole to use at home and found it such a great way to workout, but so enjoyable at the same time. Starting to teach felt like a natural progression, so I started my own classes. I am fully insured, have first aid training and ppl music license. I teach a safe effective class, with warm up and cool down and give advice on other aspects such as nutrition, strength building exercises and core conditioning.
